L'opera vuole offrire un'interpretazione ed una visione organica della materia del diritto dei consumatori, anche alla luce delle novità normative e giurisprudenziali degli ultimi anni. Uff. n. 207 del 4 settembre 2010 - S.O. n. 212) che dà attuazione alla direttiva 2008/48/CE relativa ai contratti di credito ai consumatori, e reca modifiche al titolo VI del T.U. bancario n. 385/1993 in merito alla disciplina dei soggetti operanti nel settore finanziario, degli agenti in attività finanziaria e dei mediatori creditizi.
