L. 26 novembre 2021 n. 206 e d.leg. 10 ottobre 2022 n. 149 e n. 151 Aggiornato al d.l. 24 febbraio 2023, n. 13 e alla l. 24 febbraio 2023 n. 14, di conversione del d.l. 29 dicembre 2022, n. 198 ("milleproroghe") Il d.leg. 10 ottobre 2022 n. 149, emanato in attuazione della l. delega 26 novembre 2021 n. 206, ha inciso in maniera significativa su taluni istituti generali del processo civile (giurisdizione, competenza, comunicazioni, notificazioni, atti processuali, modalità di svolgimento dell’udienza) e ha rivoluzionato la struttura del primo grado di giudizio (accompagnandola con la previsione di inedite ordinanze definitorie della causa e con interventi relativi ad alcuni mezzi istruttori). Il «procedimento sommario di cognizione» è stato sostituito dal «procedimento semplificato di cognizione», in gran parte prestato alle controversie di competenza del giudice di pace. Il giudizio di appello è stato in parte modificato, quello in Cassazione ampiamente rivisto, quello di revocazione arricchito di un’ulteriore ipotesi. Il rito delle controversie di lavoro è stato pure interessato dalla riforma in maniera diretta (con riguardo all’appello e al procedimento sui licenziamenti) o indiretta (attraverso l’applicazione delle modifiche relative agli istituti generali). Anche i procedimenti sommari di cognizione sono stati toccati dalla riforma. Autentiche novità sono state introdotte in materia di famiglia, con l’istituzione del c.d. «Tribunale della famiglia» (destinato ad entrare in funzione, però, nel 2024) e con la previsione di un procedimento di cognizione ad hoc. Sono stati pure revisionati il processo di esecuzione, la disciplina generale in tema di misure coercitive e quella in materia di arbitrato. L’opera analizza, con taglio sistematico, l’intero impianto della riforma, con la sola esclusione delle misure relative alla c.d. «giustizia complementare» (mediazione e negoziazione assistita), alle quali sarà dedicato un secondo autonomo volume.

Il volume si divide in due parti, la prima relativa alla mediazione (viene trattata, tra le altre cose, la mediazione in rapporto alla p.a., alla consulenza tecnica, all’opposizione al decreto ingiuntivo, al patrocinio a spese dello Stato) e la seconda attinente alla negoziazione assistita. Di entrambi gli istituti sono illustrate le procedure in modalità telematica. "Today, school is becoming a rapidly changing learning environment. Thinking about students as a homogeneous population is no longer allowed, as diversity – in terms of culture, language, gender, family organisation, learning styles and so on – has emerged as a key challenge for education today.The debate on Special Educational Needs largely reflects this challenge, as working in school implies careful reconsideration of what we mean by “normal” and “special”. Current educational intervention is generally based on a deficit and “within-child” model of facing SEN, whereas very little attention is given to the role of learning environments. The focus is on the child more than on the whole class, and on cognition and technical provisions more than on affective, sociocultural and community dimensions of learning. Conversely, regarding students and their needs as “hidden voices” allows us to adopt a transformative approach which sees diversity as a stimulus for the development of educational practices that might benefit all children and help school to become an inclusive and “moving” organisation.The aim of the book is twofold: on the one hand, it offers a systematic overview of the inclusive education state-of-the-art in six countries (Germany, Italy, Norway, Sweden, UK, and USA) based on the contributions by well-known scholars such as Christy Ashby, Barbara Brokamp, Fabio Dovigo, Kari Nes, Mara Westling Allodi, Tony Booth, and Beth Ferri; on the other hand, the book analyses five cases of good practices of inclusion related to different subjects and school levels."

This book examines the fascinating origins and the complex evolution of Italian national citizenship from the unification of Italy in 1861 until just after World War II. It does so by exploring the civic history of Italians in the peninsula, and of Italy's colonial and overseas native populations.
