Ausführlich diskutiert er die sozialtechnologischen Implikationen seiner Ergebnisse, wobei Probleme der Prohibitionspolitik im Mittelpunkt der Überlegungen stehen. Norman Braun ist Professor für Soziologie an der Universität München.
