Der klassische Arbeitsort, wie er sich in den beiden vergangenen Jahrhunderten der Industrialisierung herausgebildet hat, weicht heutzutage zunehmend zeitgemäßen Erwerbspraktiken und modernen Arbeitsstätten. Untersuchungsziel ist ein Erkenntnisgewinn zu Trends und Veränderungen im Bereich Immobilien, Erwerbsprozesse und immobilen Wirkungsstätten des Einkommenserwerbes im deutschsprachig zentraleuropäischen Raum.

Gegenwärtig bewegt sich die Arbeitswelt der entwickelten Länder global zur Renaissance von Arbeit und Wohnen an einem vereinten Ort, zunehmend gelöst von bislang üblichen Wirkungsstätten. Dem spannungsgeladenen Thema einer ungewissen künftigen Arbeits- und Lebenssituation sieht wohl kaum jemand unbekümmert entgegen. Die ökonomische und soziale Evolution unserer Gesellschaft, unsere künftige Existenz, ist von einigen auf unsere Volkswirtschaften intensiv einwirkenden Parametern wie Prozessfortschritt, Automatisierungsgrad, Ressourcenbezug, Absatzmärkte und Bildungsniveau abhängig. Es lohnt, sich mit diesem Thema auseinanderzusetzen.

'Principles of City Land Values' is a study book on the valuation of land and buildings in the American real estate market. When placed in charge of the Mortgage Department of the U. S.
