Layanan bimbingan dan konseling merupakan kegiatan yang terencana berdasarkan pengukuran kebutuhan (need asessment) yang diwujudkan dalam bentuk program bimbingan dan konseling. Buku yang tersusun dari penelitian ini berusaha mengetahui apa indikator implementasi bimbingan konseling serta bagaimana implementasi bimbingan konseling sejalan dengan indikator tersebut.
