Le Maroc a recouvré son Indépendance en 1956. Son système juridique, que la France avait implanté au temps du Protectorat, s'est progressivement autonomisé. Certes, le Maroc a, en toute souveraineté, continué à s'inspirer parfois de la législation ou de la jurisprudence françaises mais la volonté d'adapter les outils juridiques et les techniques normatives l'a peu à peu emporté. Composé en hommage au Professeur Michel Rousset qui incarne, depuis près de quarante ans, la coopération scientifique entre juristes marocains et juristes français, cet ouvrage, qui s'inscrit dans le cadre de l'Année du Temps du Maroc en France, est le fruit d'un colloque organisé à Grenoble par le Centre de Droit fondamental et le Centre d'Etudes de Défense et de Sécurité Internationale de la Faculté de Droit. Les contributions des auteurs marocains et français, complétées par d'abondantes annexes documentaires, illustrent le thème de la " nationalisation " du système juridique marocain.
