Telle est "la magie" de ce dictionnaire. Il retient certaines dates et revient sur certains événements ayant marqué la vie du pays de Kimpa Vita ces dernières années. Etat raté, Etat manqué, guerre de basse intensité, glissement, gouvernement fantoche, Etat profond, vidéosphère, Washington, etc. Tout ceci est expliqué. Mais aussi Genval, Ile de Gorée, etc. Mais pourquoi faire? Pour une insurrection des consciences au coeur de l'Afrique. "#Ingeta. Dictionnaire citoyen pour une insurrection des consciences" vient rappeler que l'usage des mots n'est pas innocent. Il est un essai audacieux de déconstruction de la "novlangue" au Congo-Kinshasa.
