En un mundo inestable y en permanente cambio social, especialmente en unos momentos donde la Covid-19 está influyendo de manera decisiva en los procesos de diseño e implementación de nuevos modelos y prácticas educativas, resulta imprescindible concebir y comprender la nítida vinculación entre innovación e inclusiva educativa en la era digital y del big data. En este sentido, no se puede obviar que todas las tareas deben estar impregnadas de fuertes convicciones, fundamentos y evidencias científicas acerca de las mejores y mayores oportunidades de aprendizaje para todo el alumnado, impulsando y revitalizando la innovación educativa en la búsqueda continua de una educación inclusiva y de calidad para todos. Este libro supone un primer acercamiento pedagógico reflexivo y crítico en torno a las potencialidades de distintos ejes temáticos, que se relacionan de forma sinérgica para favorecer la equidad en los centros educativos, la evaluación de calidad de todos los parámetros organizativos y curriculares, y la apuesta por nuevos métodos y caminos de enseñanza donde lo virtual y lo tecnológico comienza a tener un papel predominante. La digitalización, la gamificación y los nuevos métodos educativos híbridos serán herramientas eficaces si promueven el aprendizaje cooperativo, el pensamiento crítico y democrático, y la construcción educativa inclusiva en todos los niveles y etapas.
