Realising Innovative Partnerships in Educational Research examines the underlying principles and actions that support the development of and engagement in partnerships in educational research. Blended finance in the agricultural sector deserves its own debate. Research and development (R and D) leads to innovation, and innovation leads to technological change. Technological change, in turn, is the primary driver of economic growth. Over the last ten years, the financing and diversity of new players in the health industry have increased significantly. This provides both opportunities and challenges for health diplomacy to coordinate new partnerships and focus collectively on the results and impact on health.
