Many initiatives failed because of an unclear scooping and a missing defi nition of deliverables. Only the comprehensive design of the business processes to be improved creates a basis for a focused management of change. Change man agement can then be handled as a process by itself. It becomes measurable and can be controlled. It is an integral part of business process lifecycle management. Key-enabler is the ARIS Toolset which supports all activities of the process and change management: Business strategies, the resulting process specifications and execution as well as the process controlling are executed by using ARIS tools - in the phase of change as well as during the daily operation.
