Erziehung, Note: 2, , Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: In meiner vorliegenden Arbeit beschäftige ich mich mit interkultureller Bildung und Erziehung im Kindergarten und den Umgang mit Vielfalt in Kindertageseinrichtungen als Teil der Kultur. Im Fokus steht, dass die Kinder nicht nur nebeneinander und miteinander lernen, sondern dass sie auch die Kultur der anderen Kinder kennenlernen, sich mit ihr auseinandersetzen und somit ihre Identität und Persönlichkeit stärken. Das Thema "interkulturelle Bildung und Erziehung" stößt auf großes Interesse in der Gesellschaft und die entsprechenden Erziehungsinstitutionen sind stark daran interessiert, interkulturelle Bildung möglichst früh zu implementieren. Die Bundesländer bieten den Kindertageseinrichtungen vielfältige Förderung in Bezug auf Spracherwerb. In Baden-Württemberg wird das Programm SPATZ und Sprach-Kita angeboten. Auch das Thema "Kinder mit Fluchterfahrungen" ist von großem Interesse, da viele Einrichtungen Kinder mit Fluchterfahrungen betreuen; auch ich persönlich habe diesen Hintergrund und das Thema ist ein Teil meiner Biografie und ist ein wichtiger Lebensabschnitt, der meine Lebenswelt prägt, die mir die pädagogische Selbstreflektion erleichtert. Ich kann meine interkulturellen Erfahrungen und Kompetenzen einbringen entweder in dieser vorliegenden Facharbeit oder in den sozialpädagogischen Einrichtungen. Die Integration von Kindern mit Fluchterfahrungen, damit sie "Fuß fassen" können, ist mir sehr wichtig, um die Kinder bei Ihrer Entwicklung zu unterstützen. Es ist wichtig, diese Kinder individuell wahrzunehmen, sie zu begleiten und in ihrer Entwicklung zu unterstützen. Ziel ist eine gute Integration. Ich habe mein Schulpraktikum in einer städtischen Einrichtung absolviert, in der Kinder im Alter von 3 bis 6 betreut werden, die aus verschiedenen europäischen Kulturen kommen. Das Thema Sprache war Bestandteil unseres Tagesablaufs. Beim Morgenkreis sangen wir mit den Kindern in verschiedenen Sprachen wie Englisch, Französisch, Hindi, Türkisch und Chinesisch. Manchmal begrüßten sich die Kinder auch in verschiedenen Sprachen, sie interessieren sich, wenn sie die Möglichkeiten hatten, über Urlaub in ihrem Herkunftsland Land zu reden. Kindergarteneinrichtungen und Kindertagessstätte sind Orte für Kinder und Jugendliche, die aus unterschiedlichen Kulturen kommen, verschiedene Sprachen und Dialekte sprechen und gemeinsam betreut werden.

Erziehung, Bergische Universität Wuppertal, Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: Gegenstand dieses einleitenden Abschnittes ist mein Praktikum in der Kindertagesstätte „Spatzennest“ der Arbeiterwohlfahrt im Düsseldorfer Stadtteil Garath. Da der Standort der Kindertagesstätte, in der ich mein Praktikum absolviert habe, durch eine hohe Einwandererdichte gekennzeichnet ist (ca. 40-50 Prozent) und dementsprechend viele Kinder mit Migrationshintergrund diese Einrichtung besuchen, beschäftigt sich der theoretische Teil meiner Arbeit mit dem mit Interkulturalität in Zusammenhang stehenden Phänomen des Multilingualismus sowie der Bedeutung von interkultureller Bildung in frühpädagogischen Einrichtungen. Hierbei soll auf die Problemlagen aufmerksam gemacht werden, die in Bezug auf die Kinder als auch auf die Institutionen selbst existieren. Im Zuge dessen sei auch auf die Bedeutung der Erzieher/innen hinzudeuten. Meine Arbeit ist folgendermaßen strukturiert: Zunächst wird eine Definition von Multilingualismus gegeben. Darauf folgt die Wichtigkeit des Sprechens mehrerer Sprachen für sowohl die Kinder als auch die Institution. Anschließend wird auf die Interkulturalität in Kindertagesstätten eingegangen, wobei die Sprache und interkulturelle Bildung thematisiert wird. Anschließend werde ich die theoretischen Annahmen mit meinem fachpraktischen Erleben in Bezug setzen. In einem Fazit wird schließlich eine Zusammenfassung über die Bedeutung von sowohl Multilingualismus als auch interkultureller Bildung gegeben und beschrieben, ob in welchem Zusammenhang die Theorie mit meinen Beobachtungen steht.

Die vorliegende Arbeit greift sowohl eine erziehungswissenschaftliche als auch eine religionspädagogische Perspektive in Bezug auf kulturelle und religiöse Diversität in Kindertageseinrichtungen auf. So werden in Kapitel 2 einerseits die Themenbereiche Kultur und Interkulturalität mit dem Schwerpunkt interkulturelle Erziehung und Bildung betrachtet. Andererseits werden Religion und Interreligiosität mit einer Schwerpunktsetzung auf interreligiösem Lernen in den Blick genommen. Am Ende dieses Kapitels werden die Bildungs- und Orientierungspläne für Kindertageseinrichtungen der an der Studie beteiligten Bundesländer in Bezug auf kulturelle und religiöse Diversität hin analysiert. In Kapitel 3 der Arbeit wird die kindliche Entwicklung betrachtet, mit den entwicklungspsychologischen Voraussetzungen, der moralischen Entwicklung und dem Religionsverständnis von Kindern. Außerdem finden sich in diesem Kapitel Ausführungen zur Entstehung und zum Umgang mit Vorurteilen und Stereotypen bei Kindern. Kapitel 4 beschäftigt sich mit elementarpädagogischen Handlungskonzepten im Kontext vielfaltssensibler Bildung und Erziehung in Kindertageseinrichtungen. Der Situationsansatz, die sogenannte offene Arbeit in der Kindertageseinrichtung, die Reggio-Pädagogik, der Ansatz der "Pädagogik der Vielfalt“, das Infans-Konzept sowie die vorurteilsbewusste Bildung und Erziehung nach dem Projekt KINDERWELTEN werden hier betrachtet. Kapitel 5 widmet sich der Forschungsmethode. Hier werden das Forschungsdesign, die Forschungsfrage sowie das Vorgehen zur Datenerhebung und -auswertung dargelegt. In Kapitel 6 findet sich die Auswertung der Daten aus den 21 Experteninterviews. In Kapitel 7 erfolgt die Zusammenführung von Theorie und Empirie. Hier werden die Forschungsergebnisse in Bezug auf konzeptionelle Festlegungen, auf die Gestaltung der pädagogischen Arbeit sowie auf Kooperations- und Interaktionsprozesse hin analysiert. This book describes how human rights safeguards should be applied in education. Its point of departure is the fact that education can - and does - violate human rights, notably when it is imposed upon the indigenous or minorities so as to obliterate their identity. Human rights are defined as safeguards against abuse of power, whose counterpart are governmental human rights obligations. These are to make education available, accessible, acceptable and adaptable, hence the 4-A scheme. The purpose of human rights work is to expose and oppose abuses of power. They can be detected in the very design of education strategies. Defining availability of primary education as a development target, removed into distant future, negates the right to education and the corresponding governmental obligations, individual and collective. The book uses examples from different regions to describe safeguards that are necessary to transform political promises into legal obligations. Where education is available, access may be conditioned by purchasing power rather than defined as a human right. Denials of the right to education include discriminat!ionagainst non-citizens or girls. They demonstrate the crucial import of human rights, the need to differentiate between poverty- and policy-based exclusion from education. Acceptability of education entails ensuring that education does not violate human rights and is worthy of its name. Typical human rights cases have challenged, in all corners of the world, the language of instruction, censorship of textbooks or harassment of teachers for introducing human rights education. Also, human rights challenges are epitomized in the requirement to adapt education to the learners, to recognize them as subjects of rights. On the micro-level, adapting education to children with disabilities has triggered human rights challenges world-wide. On the macro-level, adaptability tackles the very design of education. Graduate unemployment illustrates shortcomings of treating education as a self-contained sector as do choices between public and private, secular and religious, segregated andall-inclusive education. The book is published by Wolf Legal Publishers, jointly with the European Association for Education Law and Policy. Katarina Tomasevski was Professor of International Law and International Relations at Lund University (Sweden) and, from 1998-2004, she was Special Rapporteur on the right to education of the United Nations Commission on Human Rights.
