The distribution agreement is one of the most important and widely used types of contract in international economic transactions. This book not only aims to analyze the legal context in which international economic relations take place, but also provides a critical analysis of the phenomenon, leading the reader to identify all the crucial aspects that should be taken into consideration when negotiating and writing an international distribution contract.
