Examensarbeit aus dem Jahr 2005 im Fachbereich Didaktik - Theologie, Religionspädagogik, Note: 1,7, Universität Paderborn (Fachbereich Theologie), Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: Diese schriftliche Arbeit im Rahmen der ersten Staatsprüfung beschäftigt sich mit dem Thema interreligiöses Lernen sowie dessen Bezugshorizonte. Dass das interreligiöse Lernen eine wichtige Voraussetzung für ein vorurteilfreies und tolerantes Miteinander der Religionen ist, haben nicht erst die Terroranschläge des 11. Septembers 2001 gezeigt. Dieses Ereignis sowie auch die schweren Anschläge in den Niederlanden gegen Moscheen und andere religiöse Einrichtungen im Winter des letzten Jahres, haben jedoch die Bedeutung dieses Lernen noch einmal deutlich vor Augen geführt. Die Unwissenheit über die fremden Religionen unserer Mitmenschen kann leicht zu Verunsicherungen im Verhalten diesen gegenüber, bis hin zur vollständigen Intoleranz, die in Gewaltakten enden kann, führen. Daher stellt sich die Frage nach der Bedeutung des interreligiösen Lernens nicht nur im Ausland. Denn seit den 1960er Jahren hat sich das gesellschaftliche Bild in Deutschland durch die Migration stark verändert. Durch die Einwanderer kamen nicht nur neue Nationalitäten in das Land, sondern auch unterschiedliche Glaubensgemeinschaften. Diese Entwicklung soll neben weiteren Aspekten in einer Gegenwartsanalyse nachgezeichnet werden, die zugleich die veränderten Bedingungen unserer Gegenwart berücksichtigt und deren Bedeutung für das interreligiöse Lernen herausstellt. Desweiteren soll thematisiert werden, welche Beziehung die Theologie in ihrer Geschichte zum interreligiösen Lernen aufweist, in dem die drei Beziehungsmodelle des Exklusivismus, Inklusivismus und Pluralismus unter diesem Aspekt bearbeitet werden. Die christlichen Kirchen als traditionelle sinndeutende Institutionen finden sich in der heutigen Zeit in einer pluralisierten Gesellschaft wieder, in der sie sich entgegen ihrer Tradition behaupten, aber auch mitgestaltend einbringen müssen. Aufgrund der veränderten Situation sollen anhand von kirchlichen Lehrschreiben und Schreiben kirchlicher Einrichtungen, sowohl der katholischen als auch der evangelischen Kirche, deren Aussagen über das Verhältnis zu nichtchristlichen Religionen untersucht und deren Bedeutung für das interreligiöse Lernen herausgestellt werden. Neben diesen Dokumenten sollen aber auch die Aussagen der katholischen und der evangelischen Kirche bezüglich des Religionsunterrichts und dessen Form in Bezug auf das interreligiöse Lernen in den Blick genommen werden.

Der Begriff des interreligiösen Lernens ist erst seit einigen Jahren in Gebrauch und konstituierte sich bereits als ein fester Bestandteil von Religionspädagogik und Religionsdidaktik in Lehr- und Bildungsplänen sowie in Schulbüchern. An dieser Stelle muss man besonders betonen, dass das Konzept eine wichtige Voraussetzung für ein friedvolles, vorurteilsfreies und tolerantes Miteinander der Religionen ist. Im Verlauf dieser Arbeit soll untersucht werden, in welchem Verhältnis das Konzept des interreligiösen Lernens zu religionstheologischen Modellen, Kirche und Schule steht. Die gegenwärtige Welt entwickelt sich sehr schnell zu einem vernetzten System. Über große Entfernungen hinweg lernen die Menschen andere Lebensformen anderer Menschen kennen und werden zunehmend mit fremden Gewohnheiten vertraut. Zum einen wird diese Entwick- lung durch den raschen Fortschritt technischer und elektronischer Kommunikationssysteme be- einflusst, zum anderen durch Migrationsprozesse, die immer schon stattfanden und immer statt- finden werden. Die westlichen Staaten Europas sind das aktuelle Ziel für viele Südeuropäer, Menschen aus dem mittleren Osten, aus den arabischen Ländern sowie aus den ehemaligen kommunistischen Ländern Osteuropas. Dazu kommen die vielen Flüchtlinge aus den Kriegs- ländern der Erde. Diese Prozesse begünstigt jedoch auch das Aufflammen fundamentalistischer und rechtsradikaler Gruppierungen, was sich erstmals am 11. September 2001 in New York zeigte. Auch andere Terroranschläge wie z.B. auf die Satirezeitschrift "Charlie Hebdo" in Paris, in der dänischen Hauptstadt Kopenhagen sowie seit Anfang 2015 in vielen europäischen Staa- ten sind ebenfalls zu erwähnen. Nach diesen Ereignissen, besonders nach dem Terroranschlag auf das World Trade Center, bekam das interreligiöse Lernen ein neues Gewicht. Heutzutage ist die religiöse Bildung ohne die Dimension des interreligiösen Lernens nicht denkbar.
