Nigerian author Samuel O. Joseph-Israel writes in his book It Won't Fail, if it is Faith! that faith is the cornerstone to reaching God's realm. The book examines the very core and fundamentals of new creation reality as it regards spiritual rebirth. Travel through the world of faith by exploring its many sides. The four ingredients of faith are NOW, SUBSTANCE, HOPE, and EVIDENCE. Learn how to use your evidence to keep your hope alive. God uses disbelievers to test our faith. The enemies of faith are unbelief, doubt, fear, anxiety, unforgiveness, other sins, the devil's faith, and dead faith. The Holy Spirit was the inspiration for the book. There is a realm called God's realm. It is heaven's atmosphere, conducive to only heaven's citizens, and accessible only through faith. So many have tried to gate crash into this realm, but it has always proven illusive. Many thought they were in the realm, until they realized they couldn't find God. Access to the spiritual realm is not through prayer, but through faith. Faith is the vehicle that drives your prayers to God. A prayer that disregards faith will not reach God. It is important to remember that you are also a spirit, and the spiritual realm is not tangible to the physical eye. In the same way, faith is also not tangible to the physical eye. Through faith, we can access the things freely given to us and can cause their manifestation. If that thing you are holding on to is faith in God, then don't drop it, hold on. For it won't fail you if it is faith! This book takes you through the world of faith by exploring its many sides, so redirect your focus and explore the pursuit of wisdom by understanding the concepts of big faith, small faith or little faith. The enemies of faith are unbelief, doubt, fear, anxiety, unforgiveness, other sins, the devil's faith, and dead faith. Samuel O. Joseph-Israel is the General Coordinator of the Dominion Armies of God Ministry and currently pastor the Faith City Church of the Ministry in Dallas, Texas, United States of America. When Faith Fails written by Dominic Done and has been published by Thomas Nelson this book supported file pdf, txt, epub, kindle and other format this book has been release on 2019-02-19 with Religion categories.

Wrestling with doubt can be profoundly lonely, but Portland pastor Dominic Done offers a safe place to openly wrestle with your faith without being criticized or judged. Writing with humor and candor out of his own experiences, and incorporating Scripture, literature, and accounts of others who have doubted, Dominic Done argues that not only is questioning normal, it is often a path toward a rich and vibrant faith. Rather than viewing trust and doubt as incompatible, When Faith Fails provides readers with a way to wrestle and ask questions while growing ever closer to God. No subject is off-limits, and Dominic fearlessly and graciously addresses topics including: the experience of tragedy the difficult parts of the Bible the intersection of science and faith the times when God is silent By walking in the path that many others have trod, you can move through doubt into a deeper, fuller faith—a faith that doesn’t run from questions and the hard work of honest wrestling but instead embraces the mysteries of belief. "This book is for those of us who have experienced a gut check, or two, when it comes to some of the intersections between our lives and our faith. It’s for those of us who no longer want to add unnecessary explanations to our beliefs just because we can’t fully see what God is doing in our lives." —Bob Goff, New York Times bestselling author of Everybody, Always “This book is one of those books that I will be buying to give to multiple friends.” —Jefferson Bethke, New York Times bestselling author of Jesus > Religion “This book will help you surrender and trust the areas of your life that are meant to exude God-designed mystery, while also holding your hand as you search for substance and truth.” —Audrey Roloff, coauthor of A Love Letter Life, founder of Always More, and cofounder of Beating50Percent “Doubt is such a pertinent issue in this cultural moment. Dominic walks us through the issues of doubt with which we wrestle but he does so in pastoral practicality. One feels as though you are seated in his living room sipping coffee. Dominic is the type of soul who understands the questions of the heart. He never shames. He’s always transparent. He gives substantive hope.” —Emerson Eggerichs, PhD, New York Times bestselling author of Love & Respect

Christ's followers were not saved to be cloistered from crisis. Trauma, trials, and tests are all essential elements related to the development of our faith. Dear brothers and sisters, when troubles come your way, consider it an opportunity for great joy. For you know that when your faith is tested, your endurance has a chance to grow. So let it grow, for when your endurance is fully developed, you will be perfect and complete, needing nothing. James 1:2-4 Believers have been given a resource that we must learn to rely upon in order to overcome our obstacles and opposition. That resource is the Holy Spirit. Christian ministry involves God working in us and through us to accomplish His purpose by His power. In order for this to occur we must develop faith that works rather than wilts in the fiery furnaces of adversity. I have found Second Corinthians to be incredibly insightful related to the progressive development of my faith. Paul faced relentless problems, pressure, and persecution while carrying out his labor for the Lord, and yet was able to triumph through trust. When we arrived in Macedonia, there was no rest for us. We faced conflict from every direction, with battles on the outside and fear on the inside. 2 Corinthians 7:5 Faith That Won't Fail In the Flames provides information, motivation, and application that will inspire and instruct those who are serious about sacrificially serving Christ. Each of the sixty-six daily devotionals provide insight into components of faith that you will require to successfully cope with the constantly changing circumstances involved in Christian work and warefare.

You cannot make it without God’s mercy. Do we just need God’s grace in dark and shameful moments? Are prayers for mercy only for those times when we really mess up? Jonathan Parnell says we need God’s mercy all the time. In fact, contrary to many church cultures, Parnell shows that asking God for mercy should be as regular as asking God for our daily bread. There’s no doubt that David was in a terrible predicament when he first prayed the words of Psalm 51. It was a dark and shameful moment in the Bible, and one so dark and shameful it seldom feels relevant to us today. But David’s most desperate prayer is really a prayer for all of us—and not just for our worst moments, but for our every moment. In these pages, you'll discover: how to pray a daily, memorable prayer derived from Psalm 51 how to practice daily repentance and soul care how to pursue God and experience his joy in the Christian life This is God’s mercy, and it’s Mercy for Today.

Suppose the universe expands and becomes a void, as most scientists think. Would that mean God failed? If that is the fate of the universe, then some of our beliefs concerning God and our place in nature, as well as our beliefs concerning how we should live in the world, will not be borne out. From the biblical perspective, it looks as though the formless void and deep darkness opposing God from the beginning prevailed in the end. Today, when we consider the fate of the universe, as well as the possible destruction of life on Earth, it looks as though a deep darkness surrounds us. That is the idea this book considers. When we explore it, we find that we refocus our understanding of faith, hope, and love, and revitalize our view of how we should live. In brief, faith in a God who challenged the formless void and deep darkness in order to create life and sustain it charges us to do the same: oppose lifelessness and be good stewards of life. Faith in an insurgent God restores authentic hope for our future and realizes its true end: not in heaven, but on Earth, and perhaps beyond it.

F A I T H written by Ed Pittman and has been published by Christian Faith Publishing, Inc. this book supported file pdf, txt, epub, kindle and other format this book has been release on 2019-04-04 with Religion categories.

During Ed's study of the book of Daniel, there were four chapters that were different from the other chapters. Chapter 3 related to Meshach, Shadrach, and Abednego, and chapter 6 was about Daniel. In his study, it became clear that Daniel and his three friends were special in God's eye. These four individuals, after being taken from Jerusalem to Babylon, were given special treatment from their captors. They were also miraculously saved from horrible deaths and, in the case of Daniel, elevated to a position of high authority in the Babylonian government. What was it about these four individuals that made them special to God? They weren't royalty or heroes; they hadn't won any battles. In fact, they were just teenagers when they were taken captive. What set them apart from the others was their willingness to defy the orders of the Babylonian rulers when those orders conflicted with their relationship with God. As Ed continued his study of Daniel, he was continuously drawn back to these two chapters until he realized the chapters were not so much about Daniel and his friends, as it was about their relationship with and their faith in God. This raised a lot of questions for him. He wanted to know what the basis for their special relationship with God was. He wanted to know what made their faith special to God and what was it about their faith that was different from his faith. He wanted to know why God answered their prayers and seemed to not answer the prayers of so many people he knows, as well as many of his own. He also wondered why these chapters on faith were included in a book that was primarily a prophetic book. Searching for answers to these questions, Ed quickly realized he didn't know what God had to say about faith or why faith is important to Him. The next question was, if he didn't know what God had to say about faith, what kind of faith did he have? Did he have the faith to accept Christ as his LORD and Savior? The answer was yes, but what else? Also, where does he go with his faith from here? And finally, how does he get the faith of Daniel and his friends? These questions and more started Ed's study of faith which ultimately led him to write this book.
