A ella obedece que los conceptos y criterios se manifiesten acentuadamente éticos, sin dejar, por otra parte, de ser jurídicos, y es allí, en ese punto crucial, donde radica la incoincidencia con el Derecho tradicional, no obstante lo cual la Ius-ética es Derecho, sólo que, por las razones expresadas, un Derecho realmente Nuevo y novedoso.
