In the Old Testament, when sixty-eight elders came before the Lord and began to speak for the Lord, Moses said to Joshua, "Oh that all Jehovah's people were prophets" (Num. 11:29). In the New Testament, Paul boldly stated, "You can all prophesy one by one" (1 Cor. 14:31).
