Because the business competition is fierce day by day, and the evolution of marketing idea, marketing method of enterprise also gradually develops into internal marketing and interaction marketing from traditionally external marketing. By the different marketing ideas and models, providing the enterprise long-lasting stabilizing customers relationship, hence marketing management become the research point of the realm of business. The enterprise wants to build up the competitive advantage, then needs to value three above marketing activities and converts its as policy and strategy of enterprise. This research synthesizes the past scholar's research and puts forth integrated service structure. This thesis wants to study factors among internal marketing , external marketing and interaction marketing the structure between the three for promoting organizational performance to be related and influence mainly, and how to reach the purpose of promoting operation performance. The results provide references to enterprise for promoting activities. This research aims at bank industry in Taiwanese region, taking 50 branch among 14 banks as research objects with purposive sampling. 1,500 questionnaires were sent out to the each branch staff and customer. and retrieve rate is 86.87%. Regression analysis has been applied in the retrieved materials to verify internal marketing ,external marketing and interactive marketing between the three related to organization performance and influence. Also linear structural modeling has been applied to examine model goodness fitting. The results can be categorized and showed as follow: 1.

Performance in construction industry generally refers to all aspects of construction process (Productivity, Safety, Time, Quality) in which productivity represents the efficiency in intensive labor operation. This study used underground Diaphragms Wall construction in THSR Southern Taiwan Science Park vibration mitigation project as a case study for productivity. In addition to using productivity method developed by Thomas H. R. to analyze information gathered, lost work hours in each work shift due to impact factors were also investigated by this study.This study primarily focused on: (1) the discussion of impact factors for Diaphragms Wall project productivity; (2) the clarification of impacts brought by external and internal management-level factors on productivity in order to come up with more meaningful performance assessments for the contractors. This study used 2 methods: (1) Productivity-related theoretical constructs and models developed by Thomas H. R. ; (2) multiple regression analysis. Actual construction logs for 3 construction sites were collected by this study. By analyzing daily construction log and productivity, main factors in influencing Diaphragms Wall construction productivity as well as clarification of impacts brought by external and internal management factors on productivity were investigated by this study. This study has come up with 3 findings: (1) after eliminating the interference of impact factors, Expected Baseline Productivity of Diaphragms Wall male-panel was measured at 28.9
