JULIE'S KALEIDOSCOPE OF SHORT STORIES. At seventy-six years of age, I still like looking through a kaleidoscope and watching the many different shapes and colours be bounced off angled mirrors to reflect unique patterns. A kaleidoscope is a good metaphor to describe the uniqueness of the stories in this book. Some of the tales, were written years ago for writing assignments at the classes I attended and others were for the sheer pleasure I receive from drawing a picture with words on paper. Some are true, and some are fiction. I hope you find them enjoyable to read. It is always my pleasure to share snippets from the kaleidoscope of life with you. Enjoy.

The designs fill the pages so each page will look stunning when complete! I recommend using colored pencils when coloring the designs so the color will not bleed through the paper. If you do use felt tip markers or gel pens, you should insert a piece of card stock behind the page you are working on to prevent the ink from transferring to the next page.
