Meilhat dari beberapa rujukan refernsi buku tentang peningkatan etos kerja guru pendidikan agama islam yang kaitan langsung dengan strategi kepemimpinan kepala sekolah sangat minim ketersediaanya. Sebagai satu sistem komponen-komponen tersebut berkaitan erat, saling mempengaruhi. Dengan demikian, dalam memilih dan menggunakan strategi pembelajaran komponen tujuan, bahan pelajaran, siswa, guru, dan sarana (alat dan sumber), waktu dan ruangan, merupakan faktor-faktor yang saling mempengaruhi. Sehingga strategi pembelajaran yang efektif adalah strategi pembelajaran yang sesuai dengan komponen pembelajaran lainnya. Tujuan penelitian ini mengetahui deskripsi Impact KKG untuk meningkatkan motivasi dan inovasi guru dalam menemukan strategi pembelajaran yang tepat. Secara garis besar, teori motivasi dikelompokkan ke dalam tiga kelompok, yaitu teori motivasi dengan pendekatan isi/kepuasan (content theory), teori motivasi dengan pendekatan proses (process theory) dan teori motivasi dengan pendekatan penguat (reinforcement theory). Motivasi dapat diartikan sebagai kekuatan (energi) seseorang yang dapat menimbulkan tingkat persistensi dan antusiasmenya dalam melaksanakan suatu kegiatan, baik yang bersumber dari dalam diri individu itu sendiri (motivasi intrinsik) maupun dari luar individu (motivasi ekstrinsik). Seberapa kuat motivasi yang dimiliki individu akan banyak menentukan terhadap kualitas perilaku yang ditampilkannya, baik dalam konteks belajar, bekerja maupun dalam kehidupan lainnya. Kajian tentang motivasi telah sejak lama memiliki daya tarik tersendiri bagi kalangan pendidik, manajer, dan peneliti, terutama dikaitkan dengan kepentingan upaya pencapaian kinerja (prestasi). Berdasarkan hasil wawancara dengan para guru SD di Kertasari Kabupaten Bandung. Melalui KKG dapat untuk meningkatkan motivasi dan inovasi guru dalam menemukan strategi pembelajaran yang tepat.Kata Kunci: KKG, Motivasi, Inovasi, Strategi Pembelajaran.
