The Keto diet is very easy to follow with organization. I find that I am more successful when I prepare my meals for the week on Saturday or Sunday and freeze them in small portions. I pack up my lunch and snacks for the day when I leave for the office and reheat my food in the microwave. I do the same for dinner and occasionally breakfast. My family benefits from this organization too as there are some delicious dishes they love to take with them for snacks throughout the day. All of these recipes will freeze well in the short-term and if you use reusable freezer containers you will be helping out the environment.
