Unter Rückgriff auf postkoloniale Ansätze und gramscianische Perspektiven zeigt Sarah Helen Sott, wie sich im Konflikt entstandene Herrschaftsverhältnisse trotz der Formen von transitional justice weiter fortsetzen. Am Beispiel afrokolumbianischer, indigener und gewerkschaftlicher Positionen analysiert sie die Desartikulation und Exklusion subalterner Gruppen und macht sichtbar, dass eine grundlegende soziale Transformation notwendig ist, um die strukturellen Ursachen des gewaltsamen Konflikts zu überwinden.
