Katholische Fachhochschule Freiburg im Breisgau, Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: Das Ziel dieser Arbeit ist es, ein tiefes Verständnis für die Wahrnehmung der Auswirkungen des digitalen Wandels aus der Perspektive Lehrender zu erlangen. Die Haltungen von Lehrpersonen gegenüber dem Einsatz von interaktiven Medien im Lehr- und Lernsetting soll herausgearbeitet werden, um ein Verständnis für Widerstände gegen den Prozess der Digitalisierung des Unterrichtes zu erreichen. Der Prozess des digitalen Wandels beeinflusst die Lebensräume der Menschen in den Industrieländern. Auch der Bereich der Lehre wird von der Digitalisierung tangiert. Vor allem die Entwicklung des Internets hat Auswirkungen auf das menschliche Lernverhalten. Während das Internet zunächst als „Leseweb“, welches lediglich von Programmierern editiert werden konnte, etabliert wurde, entsteht mit dem Ausbau des Internets zum „Mitmachweb“ eine neue Informations- und Kommunikationsdimension, die Auswirkungen auf das Lehr- und Lernverhalten haben kann. Mit der Etablierung des „Mitmachwebs“ als Web 2.0 stehen den Lernenden umfangreiche Informationen zur Verfügung, die von anderen Internetnutzern im Rahmen von Enzyklopädien im World Wide Web bereitgestellt werden. Diese Informationen werden im Gegensatz zu Fachbüchern zwar vor ihrer Publikation redigiert, jedoch können Änderungen auch von Laien direkt im Browser vorgenommen werden, sodass von inhaltlicher Qualität nicht per se ausgegangen werden kann. Um Lernen auch im Prozess der Digitalisierung zu ermöglichen, ist es notwendig, dass die lehrenden Personen den sich wandelnden Aufgaben gerecht werden. Dies lässt auf den Ansatz einer konstruktivistischen Didaktik, die ermöglicht, dass Lernende sich Wissen durch individuelle Konstruktion selbst erarbeiten, schließen. Die mediale Dimension des Web 2.0 kann hier als Informations- und Kommunikationsmedium dienen. Dies impliziert die Verwendung sozialer Netzwerke und Messenger-Dienste wie Facebook oder WhatsApp – auch im Hinblick auf den Bereich der Bildung. Smartphones, Tablets und Notebooks werden in den Klassenräumen von Pflegeschulen noch eher selten aktiv in den Unterricht integriert, obwohl anzunehmen ist, dass ihr Einsatz den Lernprozess unterstützen könnte. Um die Lernenden der Pflegeausbildungen auf die berufliche Praxis vorzubereiten, ist es notwendig, als Lehrperson den Umgang mit virtuellen Lernräumen zu kennen. Dann können die Lernenden dahingehend befähigt werden, qualitativ hochwertige Informationen aus dem Internet zu beziehen, um so professionell pflegen zu können.
