Studienarbeit aus dem Jahr 2010 im Fachbereich BWL - Unternehmensführung, Management, Organisation, Note: Sehr gut, FH OÖ Standort Steyr, Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: Einleitung Heutzutage sind Konflikte bei Projekten, Gruppenarbeiten, aber auch im Privatleben nicht mehr vermeidbar. Konflikte gehören zur Tagesordnung unseres Lebens. Wie schon der Audi-Chef Franz-Josef Paefgen sagte in einem Interview über die momentane Automobilkonjunktur, das Konflikte vorprogrammiert sind. Sie gehören zum menschlichen Leben und es gibt wahrscheinlich niemanden, der in einer Organisation oder einem Unternehmen tätig ist und nicht schon in Konflikte involviert oder verwickelt war. Besonders im Rahmen von Gruppenarbeiten kann es zu Konflikten kom- men. Grundsätzlich sollte das Ziel sein, Konflikte zu verhindern, jedoch sollte man auch beachten, dass Konflikte auch motivierend sein können und die Kreativität jedes einzelnen fördern kann bei Krisensituation in Teamarbeiten. Weiteres zeigen Konflikte auch Diskrepanzen, Uneinigkeiten, Probleme und Fehlern bei Projekten auf. „Entscheidend ist, dass Konflikte nicht weiter eskalieren. Konstruktive Konfliktbearbeitung dient dazu, dies zu verhin- dern“ (Philipp et al. 2002). Eine generelle Problematik bei der Definition des Begriffs Konflikt ist die Vermischung von Beschreibung und Bewertung. Denn, nicht der Konflikt ist „gut“ oder „schlecht“ an sich, sondern die Konfliktaustragungsform ist funktional oder dysfunktional. Das Ziel des Konfliktmanagement sollte sein, einen entstandenen Konflikt für beide Parteien eine WIN-WIN Situation schaffen und den Konflikt auch so schnell wie möglich lösen.

Taking Care established the author as an important social and political analyst whose background happened to be in clinical psychology.
