Gli ultimi decenni sono stati caratterizzati da una profonda ristrutturazione del processo produttivo e da una ridefinizione del lavoro fra imprese. Non è raro che oggi l’impresa affidi ad altre imprese quote o fasi della sua produzione. Il decentramento si attua anche facendo ricorso alla subfornitura. Il legislatore si è occupato del fenomeno descritto, emanando la Legge 18 giugno 1998, n. 192. All’interno di quest’ultima ha inserito un articolo volto a disciplinare l’abuso di dipendenza economica. La legge è stata più volte modificata. A distanza di più di venti anni dall’emanazione, la Legge 192/1998 resta centrale nella disciplina dei rapporti fra imprese. Il volume è dedicato all’analisi di tale disciplina. Ci si sofferma, in particolare, sulla norma in tema di abuso di dipendenza economica e sui nuovi ambiti applicativi della stessa. Attenzione viene prestata alle nuove proposte di riforma.
