Seminar paper de l’année 2002 dans le domaine Etudes des langues romanes - Français - Linguistique, note: Sehr gut, Wirtschaftsuniversität Wien (Romanische Sprachen), cours: Seminar aus Französischer Sprache, langue: Français, résumé: „L’homme et la femme - deux modes d’expression différents?“. L’ambition de ce travail est de répondre à cette question en donnant au lecteur des éléments d’analyse lui permettant non seulement de mieux comprendre le comportement des autres, mais aussi le sien. A partir du simple constat que les hommes et les femmes sont élevés différemment depuis leur enfance, on observe que leur personnalité se développe selon des stéréotypes. Ce phénomène d’orientation (voire de polarisation) explique en grande partie le comportement communicatif de chaque individu. Car, si la personnalité des hommes et des femmes se construit différemment à partir de l’enfance, il paraît logique que leurs stratégies de communication soient différentes. En quoi les priorités des hommes dans leur mode de communication diffèrent-elles de celles des femmes? Evidemment cette analyse nous conduira à approfondir la manière dont chacun des sexes gèrent ses interactions avec les autres individus. Qu’en est-il par exemple de la façon d’aborder et de traiter une situation conflictuelle? Pourquoi les femmes réagissent-elles d’une façon différente de celle des hommes en cas de conflit? Enfin, parce que le langage est l’un des principaux outils de communication, nous nous intéresserons à ce qui distingue l’homme et la femme dans leur façon de s’exprimer. Au cours de cette analyse, nous introduirons la distinction entre le langage „puissant / impuissant“ et le langage „standard“. Mais ces différences dans la communication signifient-elles pour autant que l’homme et la femme sont voués à se déchirer et à ne vivre que des situations conflictuelles? Non bien entendu, il existe de nombreuses synergies, qui rendent une coopération possible entre les deux sexes. Enfin, il sera intéressant de voir comment ces orientations fondamentales qui distinguent l’homme de la femme sont en train d’évoluer et quelles sont les nouvelles tendances qui apparaissent.
