Questo volume è il frutto di un percorso di formazione biennale organizzato nell’ambito del Progetto PRILS (Piani Regionali di Integrazione Linguistica e Sociale degli Stranieri nel Lazio) e rivolto a insegnanti di italiano come lingua seconda che operano nei CPIA e in associazioni di volontariato. Grazie alle competenze sviluppate durante il percorso formativo, i partecipanti al corso, suddivisi in gruppi, hanno elaborato un manuale per l’insegnamento dell’italiano come L2 articolato in quindici Unità di lavoro – 8 per il livello A1 e 7 per il livello A2 del Quadro Comune. In linea con le indicazioni del Quadro Comune, nei sillabi, così come nei testi e nelle attività, il manuale privilegia un orientamento comunicativo, con particolare attenzione all’uso della lingua in contesto e ai bisogni degli apprendenti, non trascurando l’insegnamento di elementi di educazione civica.
