Pour que cela advienne, l'auteur propose une autre théorie, celle des trois P. Plutôt que d'un cri de révolte, il invite son peuple à se réveiller et à se lever, pour éviter un suicide continental. Du coup le mot d'ordre est donné: spiritualité de la lutte, culture de l'indignation, refus de la complicité, éthique de la responsabilité...
