Como afecto, el resentimiento no ha gozado del favor de los psicólogos, ni menos aún de quienes se ocupan de la moral. Sin embargo, más allá del ámbito psicológico, el resentimiento es una emoción que se relaciona con los espacios políticos y sociales, en los cuales interviene y se configura. En efecto, la peculiar estructura del resentimiento -su carácter relacional y reflexivo, su tono práctico, moral y político-, reclama de una atención diferenciada más allá de la psicología moral. Carlos Thiebaut y Antonio Gómez Ramos enlazan un diálogo, a lo largo de una serie alternada de capítulos, sobre esta compleja emoción dentro de un contexto sociopolítico y en el marco de reflexiones en torno a la justicia, el daño, la memoria o el perdón.
