Hablaremos de tarifas, estrategias, outsorcing y de sus trampas. Establecido un contacto, hay que hacer una oferta, por lo que es necesario detectar los objetivos, tomar requisitos y aprender a valorar proyectos. Hablaremos de estimaciones. Debemos saber profundizar de un modo homogéneo, rápido y repetible en un proyecto. Hablaremos de técnicas de análisis y diseño. Hay que poseer criterios tecnológicos sensatos: Debemos entender el contexto tecnológico y que no siempre lo último es lo más conveniente. Hablaremos de conceptos importantes como Frameworks. Los empleados son la base vital de las profesiones intelectuales. Hablaremos de perfiles, ascensos, subidas, carrera profesional, etc. Discutiremos decenas de asuntos sobre esta profesión que no se aprenden o valoran en la Universidad, y cuyo conocimiento sólo se adquieren sufriendolos en cabeza propia y ajena tras años de actividad en distintos roles. Tambien veremos multitud de técnicas aplicables de un modo inmediato.
