C'est ainsi que nos procédures judiciaires connaissent des recours de plus en plus importants au scientifique : l'homme de science est un allié de taille pour « faire parler » le corps et apporte un réel soutien au magistrat. Dans tous les cas, il est nécessaire qu'un juste équilibre soit trouvé entre l'intérêt général et la protection individuelle.
