Negli ultimi anni, l’attività di controllo dell’amministrazione è sensibilmente aumentata: sempre maggiori sono le rettifiche, le sanzioni e gli atti di accertamento. Si rileva peraltro una “serialità” nelle contestazioni, ossia l’utilizzo massivo di rettifiche per vicende analoghe, a tal punto che negli atti si rilevano spesso le medesime e formule. A fronte di ciò, il contribuente e chi lo assiste si trovano puntualmente di fronte all’amletica decisione: accettare l’eventuale proposta dell’Ufficio o andare avanti con il contenzioso. Il volume trae origine dall’esperienza “sul campo” esaminando cosa concretamente contesta l’amministrazione e come la giurisprudenza di merito e di legittimità si sia espressa al riguardo. Con la stessa metodologia, sono approfondite talune eccezioni difensive che potrebbero essere sollevate dal contribuente e costituire un utile supporto per ottenere l’annullamento dell’atto impositivo a prescindere dal merito della contestazione.
