I have sold for fortune 500 companies with tens of thousands of employees which had sales revenues well over a billion dollars. I have sold for companies that spanned the globe in brand awareness. I've sold for small start ups and mom/pop businesses. I've run my own retail store. I've sold physical products, intangibles, realestate, services etc. I've managed different sales areas and people in most of the United States. My customers ranged from a few week old baby up to big chain store buyers responsible for thousands of storefronts. I've sold in various environments including: Retail, B2B, School / Government, In Home, Telesales, Internet. I've sold directly and indirectly to the end customer. I made a career out of sales. I do have a bachelor's degree in Art from Northwest Missouri State University but not a business degree. I attribute all of my success to the artistic abilities I have, not the business talents I do not. Details in this book will show how my skills in observation, asking questions, helping others achieve their true potential, customer focused guidance, personal learning, willingness to try and even fail, and empathetic qualities have all contributed to my lifelong successes.
