Identica attenzione è dedicata alle tematiche “tradizionali” (lo scambio di corrispondenza, l’enunciazione di altri atti, il caso d’uso, la “prima casa”, le “masse plurime”, gli atti della crisi coniugale, ecc.) e alle tematiche più innovative (le operazioni societarie, i fondi immobiliari, il trust, la cessione di volumetria, ecc.). Ampia è l’analisi delle tematiche inerenti all’elusione e al potere di riqualificazione dell’Amministrazione Finanziaria. Notevole spazio è dedicato al principio di alternatività tra IVA e imposta di registro, con un completo esame della normativa in tema di applicabilità dell’IVA agli atti aventi a oggetto la cessione di beni immobili. Stante la loro stretta connessione con l’imposta di registro, anche le imposte ipotecaria e catastale sono oggetto di un’assai ampia e inedita trattazione. Identicamente, un esteso commento è dedicato all’imposta “sostitutiva” dovuta nel caso di operazioni di finanziamento a medio-lungo termine e all’imposta sulle transazioni finanziarie (cd. Tobin Tax).
