La source principale du présent ouvrage est le livre intitulé al-makasib (les moyens d’acquisition de la richesse), œuvre capitale de cheikh Mortadha al-Ansari (mort en 1281 de l’hégire). A propos d’«al-makasib» de cheikh al-Ansari Grâce à son érudition, cheikh al-Ansari a pu assimiler et élucider les théories de ses prédécesseurs et établir de nouvelles règles de fiqh, chose qui lui a valu une grande réputation et qui a porté les grands savants de la hawza à ajouter ses deux livres «ar-rasa’il» et «al-makasib» à la liste des livres enseignés au niveau avancé, et cela dès leur apparition. Vu son très grand succès, «al-makasib» a été annoté et commenté par un grand nombre de jurisconsultes dont as-Sayyid Mohammed-Kadhim al-Yazdi (l’auteur d’ «al-‘ourwa al-wouthqa»), Mohammed-Kadhim al-Khorasani (l’auteur de «kifayat-ul-osol»), al-mirza an-Na’ini, as-sayyid Mouhsine al-Hakim (l’auteur d’ «al-moustamsak») et Mohammed-Hussein al-Isfahani. Mais je ne prétends pas avoir une connaissance profonde sur les avis de cheikh al-Ansari. Je tiens enfin à signaler que, lors de la rédaction des chapitres qui n’existent pas dans al-makasib, j’ai dû recourir aux autres ouvrages tels que: al-jawahir, al-masalik, et miftah-ul-karama....
