Library management is a sub-discipline of institutional management that focuses on specific issues faced by libraries and library management professionals. Library management encompasses normal management tasks as well as intellectual freedom, anti-censorship, and fundraising tasks. An electronic library is a focused collection of digital objects that can include text, visual material, audio material, video material, stored as electronic media formats. This content is divided into nine chapters. The purpose of first chapter is to present the contemporary aspects of training educational and qualification degree. The aim of second chapter is to prepare new and changing roles in research libraries. Third chapter begins with a brief overview of the research context, discussing in particular the concept of RDM and the literature on librarians’ roles in it. Fourth chapter examines the concept of system approach and its library and information field. Fifth chapter explores the key qualities of good learning space, whether in new or refurbished buildings. Streaming availability and library circulation have been presented in sixth chapter. Seventh chapter gives the details of rural public libraries and digital inclusion. Eight chapter explores school library certification students’ understanding of, experiences with, and potential applications of EBLIP within the context of a school library management course.
