Essa pessoa que recebeu a autoridade, por sua vez, sem experiência nenhuma, entende que Deus vai o ajudar a fazer todas as coisas e não investe em nada para seu próprio crescimento. Isso é muito comum em nossas igrejas. Nesse pensamento muitos se perdem, não buscam conhecimento, não tem apoio de ninguém, ficam sozinhos sofrendo as dores da liderança sem saber lidar com elas. É necessário buscar conhecimento, ouvir conselhos de alguém experiente, procurar bons livros, cursos de capacitação, buscar exemplos de lideranças na bíblia, acertos e erros de cada um dos personagens. Precisamos urgentemente nos capacitar, não é fácil liderar, liderança é coisas séria, por isso precisamos fazer o nosso melhor e nos preparar bem. O resultado disso é: Líderes que nem conhecem a doutrina de sua igreja, não sabem lidar com pessoas, não conseguem se relacionar direito com os liderados, não trabalham em equipe, não são submissos às autoridades, enfim, os problemas são enormes e as consequências desastrosas.
