The results of the qualitative study conducted at Hotel 101 Park House demonstrate a transformational leadership, given that their leader committed to its employees and other stakeholders to fulfill the mission and vision of this organization, through motivation, training and empowerment in decision-making with social responsibility. The study also shows the impact of leadership in other aspects of the company.
