This book is written on the basis of my transformational training "Flashing", which many of its participants call one of the most important turning points in their lives. The training has been going on for more than a year, and I receive many letters of thanks - it was such a response from the participants of the training that prompted me to write this book. "Flashing" is what allows a person to look at himself from the outside, from the inside and understand the source of the events happening to him, victories and defeats. "Flashing" helps each person to create the world around him in such a way that he will feel good and joyful. After flashing your consciousness, you will be able to feel relaxed and comfortable in any situation, even if you have an important or frightening event ahead of you. The state of calm and happiness is natural for a person in any conditions and circumstances. And when there is clarity in your head, and peace in your soul, you will be able to go towards your goals easily and effortlessly, and you will achieve them not hard and painfully, but due to the energy of discomfort transformed into the energy of creative power. I tried to make this book as simple and understandable as possible, it has an extremely practical focus. Practices, exercises and meditations from this book can be applied in any life situation. Much of what I give at my training you will find in this book. This is also my personal experience. It seems to me that we are all confused, have forgotten how to be natural and enjoy what life gives us. We are overwhelmed by negative emotions that are destructive to a human being. I have collected the best practices that allow you to instantly neutralize any negative emotion and get out of a state of depression or apathy in 10-15 minutes, relieve anxiety. By reading this book, you may be able to live the entire evolution of life and connect with the wisdom of millions of years. I paid special attention to the issues of strengthening the energy of the clan - the book contains an effective practice of restoring connection with the clan. As you read this book thoughtfully and attentively, doing the exercises and practices, be sure to observe your reactions, habits, and ways of thinking. As a result, you will be able to clear your perception and look at the world as a child, not yet filled with other people's concepts and beliefs that prevent you from finding happiness. Previously, all this knowledge was available only to those who were directly involved in the training.
