Gartner now reports that 74% of companies plan to shift some of their employees to remote working permanently. As the majority of people have been working from home for over a year now, business leaders have started to realise the many benefits of having a remote workforce. It’s all about LEVERAGE Leveraging this shift to ‘virtual’ and ‘work-from-anywhere’ is now a compelling focus. Leaders must overcome the disengagement, webcam fatigue and poorly prepared online meetings and virtual workshops.
