Logic Design Of Nanoics written by Svetlana N. Yanushkevich and has been published by CRC Press this book supported file pdf, txt, epub, kindle and other format this book has been release on 2017-12-19 with Technology & Engineering categories.

Today's engineers will confront the challenge of a new computing paradigm, relying on micro- and nanoscale devices. Logic Design of NanoICs builds a foundation for logic in nanodimensions and guides you in the design and analysis of nanoICs using CAD. The authors present data structures developed toward applications rather than a purely theoretical treatment. Requiring only basic logic and circuits background, Logic Design of NanoICs draws connections between traditional approaches to design and modern design in nanodimensions. The book begins with an introduction to the directions and basic methodology of logic design at the nanoscale, then proceeds to nanotechnologies and CAD, graphical representation of switching functions and networks, word-level and linear word-level data structures, 3-D topologies based on hypercubes, multilevel circuit design, and fault-tolerant computation in hypercube-like structures. The authors propose design solutions and techniques, going beyond the underlying technology to provide more applied knowledge. This design-oriented reference is written for engineers interested in developing the next generation of integrated circuitry, illustrating the discussion with approximately 250 figures and tables, 100 equations, 250 practical examples, and 100 problems. Each chapter concludes with a summary, references, and a suggested reading section.

The Design Of Rijndael written by Joan Daemen and has been published by Springer Science & Business Media this book supported file pdf, txt, epub, kindle and other format this book has been release on 2013-03-09 with Computers categories.

Rijndael was the surprise winner of the contest for the new Advanced En cryption Standard (AES) for the United States. This contest was organized and run by the National Institute for Standards and Technology (NIST) be ginning in January 1997; Rijndael was announced as the winner in October 2000. It was the "surprise winner" because many observers (and even some participants) expressed scepticism that the D.S. government would adopt as an encryption standard any algorithm that was not designed by D.S. citizens. Yet NIST ran an open, international, selection process that should serve as model for other standards organizations. For example, NIST held their 1999 AES meeting in Rome, Italy. The five finalist algorithms were designed by teams from all over the world. In the end, the elegance, efficiency, security, and principled design of Rijndael won the day for its two Belgian designers, Joan Daemen and Vincent Rijmen, over the competing finalist designs from RSA, IBM, Counterpane Systems, and an EnglishjIsraelijDanish team. This book is the story of the design of Rijndael, as told by the designers themselves. It outlines the foundations of Rijndael in relation to the previous ciphers the authors have designed. It explains the mathematics needed to and the operation of Rijndael, and it provides reference C code and underst test vectors for the cipher.

Cryptography An introduction to one of the backbones of the digital world Cryptography is one of the most important aspects of information technology security, central to the protection of digital assets and the mitigation of risks that come with increased global connectivity. The digital world is wholly reliant on secure algorithms and protocols for establishing identity, protecting user data, and more. Groundbreaking recent developments in network communication and a changing digital landscape have been accompanied by similar advances in cryptography, which is more central to digital life than ever before. This book constitutes a comprehensive yet accessible introduction to the algorithms, protocols, and standards which protect the modern internet. Built around both foundational theories and hundreds of specific algorithms, it also incorporates the required skills in complex mathematics. The result is an indispensable introduction to the protocols and systems which should define cryptography for decades to come. Readers will also find: Over 450 problems with accompanying solutions to reinforce key concepts and test retention Detailed discussion of topics including symmetric and asymmetric algorithms, random number generation, user authentication, and many more Over 200 figures and tables that provide rich detail to the content Cryptography: Algorithms, Protocols, and Standards for Computer Security is ideal for undergraduate and graduate students in cryptography and information technology subjects, as well as for researchers looking for a working reference on existing cryptographic algorithms and protocols.

Symposium on Algorithms (ESA '93), held in Bad Honnef, near Boon, in Germany, September 30 - October 2, 1993. The symposium is intended to launchan annual series of international conferences, held in early fall, covering the field of algorithms. Within the scope of the symposium lies all research on algorithms, theoretical as well as applied, that is carried out in the fields of computer science and discrete applied mathematics. The symposium aims to cater to both of these research communities and to intensify the exchange between them. The volume contains 35 contributed papers selected from 101 proposals submitted in response to the call for papers, as well as three invited lectures: "Evolution of an algorithm" by Michael Paterson, "Complexity of disjoint paths problems in planar graphs" by Alexander Schrijver, and "Sequence comparison and statistical significance in molecular biology" by Michael S. Waterman.

This is the first book that brings the study of cryptanalysis into the 21st century. Swenson provides a foundation in traditional cryptanalysis, examines ciphers based on number theory, explores block ciphers, and teaches the basis of all modern cryptanalysis: linear and differential cryptanalysis. This time-honored weapon of warfare has become a key piece of artillery in the battle for information security.
