Catalogo della mostra presso il Museo Nazionale di Castel Sant’Angelo aperta al pubblico dal 26 maggio al 29 novembre 2015 Catalogo dell’esposizione con più di centocinquanta opere (dall’archeologia ai lavori di artisti viventi), che mira ad evidenziare come le acquisizioni e le donazioni, non solo arricchiscono il patrimonio culturale ma spesso vanno a “colmare le lacune” di cui purtroppo troppo spesso le collezioni museali soffrono. Il tema centrale della mostra consiste nelle acquisizioni di opere d’arte messe a segno nel corso degli ultimi anni dallo Stato italiano, attraverso il Ministero per i Beni e le Attività Culturali e del Turismo. I curatori articolano l’esposizione in sette sezioni che, nei loro intenti, sono funzionali ad illustrare altrettante logiche sottese all’azione pubblica: nelle prime due sezioni, “Tornare a casa” e “Restare a casa” lo Stato è intervenuto con l’acquisto per mantenere o per restituire le opere al loro contesto originario, in “Integrare le collezioni” per colmare lacune esistenti nel percorso dei singoli musei e per recuperare pezzi dispersi di collezioni di proprietà dello Stato stesso, in “Continuare la tradizione”, infine, per ampliare il patrimonio culturale della Nazione.

Il volume 30 di «Archeologia e Calcolatori» si apre con un inserto speciale, dedicato al trentennale della rivista. Alle introduzioni di F. Djindjian e di P. Moscati, che delineano un quadro dell’informatica archeologica nel suo divenire, seguono gli articoli dei membri del Comitato di Redazione, a testimoniare l’attività di ricerca e di sperimentazione che ha caratterizzato il cammino editoriale della rivista, e il contributo di una giovane laureata dell’Università Bocconi, che ha lavorato a stretto contatto con il team di «Archeologia e Calcolatori». Nella parte centrale sono pubblicati gli articoli proposti annualmente dagli autori. Ne emerge un quadro che rappresenta gli aspetti applicativi più qualificanti dell’informatica archeologica (le banche dati, i GIS, le analisi statistiche, i sistemi multimediali), ma che guarda oggi con sempre maggiore interesse agli strumenti di visualizzazione scientifica e di comunicazione delle conoscenze. Il volume si chiude con gli Atti del XII Workshop ArcheoFOSS (Free, Libre and Open Source Software e Open Format nei processi di ricerca archeologica), un’iniziativa lodevole, nata nel 2006, cui si è più volte dato spazio nelle pagine della rivista.

Riedizione del Volume pubblicato nel 2008 (nella I ed. presentato nella Collana “Testo Unico Sicurezza del Lavoro”) sul quadro sanzionatorio e sulle regole innovative che governano il sistema istituzionale della vigilanza in materia di sicurezza sul lavoro a seguito dell’entrata in vigore del decreto legislativo 9 aprile 2008, n. 81 (Testo Unico). La riedizione si è resa necessaria in seguito alle rilevanti modifiche introdotte dal decreto correttivo del Testo Unico Sicurezza del Lavoro (D.Lgs. 106/2009). Il volume si presenta suddiviso in varie parti rispettivamente dedicate: all’esame specifico dei nuovi meccanismi istituzionali che governano il complesso fenomeno delle ispezioni e della vigilanza in materia di sicurezza sul lavoro alle linee di sviluppo del nuovo apparato sanzionatorio così come individuato dal d.lgs. n. 81/2008 e successivamente modificato dal d.lgs. 106/2009, con particolare riferimento: al procedimento ispettivo e sanzionatorio, amministrativo e penale, ai limiti di applicabilità dei poteri degli organi di vigilanza (prescrizione, disposizione, diffida), alla lettura dell’apparato punitivo fra contravvenzioni e sanzioni amministrative, alla responsabilità diretta dell’ente, alle condizioni di estinzione agevolata dell’illecito, all’esercizio dei diritti della persona offesa all’analisi dell’apparato sanzionatorio e alla puntuale individuazione di tutte le ipotesi sanzionatorie previste dal nuovo testo unico, anche mediante apposite tabelle che individuano: la fattispecie illecita, la reazione punitiva, le forme di estinzione agevolata dell’illecito Infine viene proposta: la normativa e la prassi amministrativa di principale rilievo, accanto alla modulistica riguardante le fasi principali del procedimento sanzionatorio penale e amministrativo.
