Quando parecia que se poderia racionalmente superar os estigmas etiológicos, surge uma conduta bárbara, vedete da mídia escorre sangue, pela qual se faz perder o trabalho democrático e, sob a tutela do medo, impõe-se exclusão e contenção (física e química). Aliás, a contenção química campeia em ambientes dessa ordem.
