The complexity of global leadership is most obvious when leaders have to make strategic decisions for an organization that has a diverse background of followers and the context is filled with crisis and conflict.

This book examines volatility, uncertainty, complexity and ambiguity (VUCA) and addresses the need for broader knowledge and application of new concepts and frameworks to deal with unpredictable and rapid changing situations.
