Jasa adalah aktivitas, manfaat atau kepuasan yang ditawarkan untuk dijual. Jasa berupa suatu kegiatan yang bermanfaat bagi pihak lain dalam memenuhi keinginan dan kebutuhannya. Oleh sebab itu wajib diperhatikan kualitas yang bagus. Kualitas merupakan komponen utama dalam persaingan bisnis barang dan jasa. Manajemen kualitas adalah fungsi bisnis yang mengidentifikasi kebutuhan dan keinginan yang tidak terpenuhi, menentukan pasar target yang di situ organisasi dapat memutuskan produk, pelayanan, dan program yang tepat untuk melayani pelanggan dengan cara yang terbaik.
