El presente Manual desarrolla el Programa de “Derecho Informático e Informática Jurídica I” para las carreras de Abogacía y Notariado, Plan Nuevo 2016, Facultad de Derecho (Universidad de la República O. del Uruguay). Delpiazzo). Los tres capítulos siguientes se ocupan de la llamada “informática jurídica stricto sensu, vale decir de los aportes de las tecnologías de información y comunicación, ciencias y técnicas afines, a los distintos quehaceres y espacios de actividad típicamente jurídica. Aquí aparecen “Introducción a la Informática Jurídica” (Capítulo 4, Ana Brian Nougrères), “Informática Jurídica documental (Capítulo 5, Bárbara Muracciole y Flavia Baladán), e “Informática Jurídica de gestión y decisoria (Capítulo 6, Sabina Barone). Finalmente, y siguiendo siempre el orden del Programa oficial vigente de la materia, se ingresa al desarrollo de temáticas regulatorias, propias como tal de lo que tradicionalmente se ha conocido como Derecho Informático.
