Buku ajar ini ditujukan kepada khalayak yang ingin memahami mengenai konsep pemrograman BASIC dan pengembangan perangkat lunak berbasis Windoes, terutama bagi mahasiswa Program Studi Manajemen Informatika AMIK Indonesia Banda Aceh.
