Bentuk dari pinjaman online adalah ShopeePinjam (SPinjam) sistem revolving, mengajukan pinjaman online SPinjam sangat mudah akibatnya sering terjadi keterlambatan pembayaran atau wanprestasi. Buku ini hadir sebagai respons atas fenomena maraknya penggunaan pinjaman online di Indonesia, khususnya sistem revolving yang diterapkan ShopeePinjam (SPinjam). Sistem ini menawarkan kemudahan akses dana, namun di sisi lain, berpotensi menimbulkan permasalahan hukum jika terjadi keterlambatan pembayaran. Buku ini menjelaskan mengenai tanggung jawab debitur yang melakukan wanprestasi pada SPinjam harus membayar biaya denda ShopeePinjam kredit sebesar 5% dari total tagihan. SPinjam akan melakukan diskusi dengan debitur. Namun apabila upaya konsultasi tersebut gagal, maka perselisihan tersebut menggunakan proses arbitrase melalui Otoritas Penyelesaian Sengketa Sektor Jasa Keuangan Alternatif Indonesia (“LAPS SJK”) akan menghasilkan penyelesaian.
