Studienarbeit aus dem Jahr 2007 im Fachbereich Informatik - Wirtschaftsinformatik, Note: 1,7, Hochschule Pforzheim, Veranstaltung: Management Seminar, Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: Im Jahre 2004 überschritt die Anzahl der rund um den Globus verwendeten Personal Computer die 820 Mio. Grenze. Bis Ende des Jahres 2007 werden vermutlich 1 Mrd. PCs in Betrieb sein. Zudem waren 2005 2 Mrd. Mobilfunkteilnehmer registriert . Laut Gartner Group werden 2007 75 % aller Europäer 80 % ihrer Freizeit mit mobilen Kommunikationsgeräten verbringen. Jedes Gerät, ob es nun ein Toaster oder ein Smartphone ist, besitzt eine Mensch-Maschine- Schnittstelle . Je komplexer die Aufgabe ist, die mit der Maschine erledigt werde soll, desto wichtiger und schwieriger ist die Dialoggestaltung der Schnittstelle. Die Gestaltung des HMI stellt eine große und ernst zu nehmende Herausforderung dar: Denn was bringt ein noch so ausgeklügeltes System, wenn man es nicht bedienen kann? Hier ist die Gefahr, dass der Benutzer die Aufgabe die er mit der Maschine auszuführen gedacht hatte, nicht realisieren kann noch die kleinere: Eine schlechte oder gar fehlerhafte Schnittstelle kann lebensgefährlich sein (z.B. in Form eines schlecht designten HMIs eines Baggers, o.ä.)! Die Entwicklung eines (guten) Interfaces berührt viele Bereiche der Wissenschaft: Biologie, (Wahrnehmungs-, Arbeits- und Medien-) Psychologie, Informatik, Kommunikations- wissenschaft und auch die Welt der Künstler und Designer. In dieser Arbeit wird der biologische Aspekt ausgeklammert, der zwar sehr interessant ist, jedoch leider den Rahmen dieser Arbeit sprengen würde. Im Folgenden wird allerdings versuchen die übrigen Wissenschaften in ihren Feldern zu streifen und das Zusammenfassen , was man bei der Gestaltung von Mensch-Maschine-Schnittstellen und somit bei der Gestaltung der Mensch-Maschine-Interaktion an sich beachten sollte.

Der Autor erläutert algorithmische Grundlagen der Mensch-Maschine-Interaktion. Ausgangspunkt ist dabei eine Requirements-Analyse für ein Mensch-Maschine-Interface und eine Analyse der mit diesem bearbeitbaren Tasks. Klassifikation des aktuellen Task-Zustands und der Entscheidung zwischen alternativen Abläufen eröffnet den Weg dafür, entsprechende Verfahren der Künstlichen Intelligenz zu identifizieren, die für multimodale, interaktive Assistenzsysteme relevant sind. Anhand von Beispielanwendungen wird veranschaulicht, wie konkrete Assistenzsysteme durch geeignete Integration der identifizierten Verfahren realisiert werden können.

Permanently increasing requirements in power supply necessitate efficient control of electric power systems. An emerging subject of importance is optimization.
