O conceito de Insciência foi apresentado pelo Alvissarismo no terceiro selo do primeiro tomo de Alvíssara, onde demonstramos que a Ciência não tem a explicação para tudo, o seu raciocínio lógico não consegue abarcar a totalidade das coisas, dos fatos e dos significantes. Em verdade, a parte das coisas, dos fatos e dos significantes que a Ciência tem acesso é apenas a ponta do iceberg. A parte submersa é então a Insciência, isto é, o conjunto de coisas, fatos e significantes aos quais a Ciência não tem acesso por estarem além dos limites da origem do Logos. Nisto consiste a descoberta epistemológica do Alvissarismo que revela a existência da Insciência, que é um termo epistemológico com dois significados distintos. Em um sentido amplo, mais genérico, é o conjunto do conhecimento cujo qual a Ciência não tem acesso. O segundo significado, mais específico, provém da Filosofia Alvissarista e designa uma forma específica de como esse conjunto de conhecimentos cujo qual a Ciência não tem acesso funciona e pode ser acessado. A Insciência define um complexo de coisas, fatos e significantes de natureza praticamente insondável, misteriosa, obscura, como a origem do universo, do homem, das paixões, do medo, da criatividade, da vida e da morte, que só podem ser acessados através de analogias e paradoxos lógicos na linguagem; através do mito, do rito, da ficção, da arte, do sonho e da hierofania. Ao dirigir-se à Ciência, a Insciência demanda que ela produza saber e depois tenta invalidar suas teorias. Do ponto de vista teórico, a Insciência representa a força motriz do conhecimento. A Insciência não parte para explicar tudo, com o saber que já possui, este é o trabalho da Ciência, nem mesmo dá por certo que todas as questões da existência serão respondidas algum dia, esta é a pretensão e a presunção da Ciência. Na Insciência, a impossibilidade e o limite aparecem como sendo a própria Verdade do Saber; isto significa que a Verdade da Insciência, sua força motriz, é o real, isto é, o mistério. A Insciência se distingue da Pseudociência por não ter a pretensão de ser uma Ciência, isto é, a Insciência não é uma Pseudociência porque não reivindica para si o status de Ciência, reconhecendo ser apenas um pensamento de origem filosófica, divina ou inspirada que não se adequa ao método científico válido. A Insciência não deve cuidadosamente reconciliar os paradoxos lógicos e as contradições existenciais, pelo contrário, ela deve procurar revelar a existência desses paradoxos e dessas contradições, demonstrando, do ponto de vista estrutural, que o seu objeto (existência, conhecimento, verdade, valor, estética, mente e linguagem) não pode ser conhecido em sua totalidade, pois há algo em seu objeto que é impossível conhecermos. A Função da Insciência é, pois, desvelar os seus próprios limites, é por isso que toda Insciência verdadeira é essencialmente crítica. O que caracteriza a Insciência é o limite, a incompletude, a incerteza e o paradoxo. Historicamente a Insciência nasceu com Sócrates, sendo posteriormente sistematizada na filosofia de Kant e Wittgenestein, na psicologia de Freud, Jung e Lacan, na física de Heisenberg e Schrödinger, e na matemática de Gödel e Russel, tendo sua constituição final revelada pela lógica paraconsistente de Newton da Costa e pela Epistemologia Alvissarista.

É possível ao homem agir dentro da Lei mesmo agindo fora da Lei? Como determinar o que é lícito e o que é ilícito? É aqui que entra a Teoria Especial do Direito, que explica como é possível ao homem agir dentro da Lei mesmo agindo fora da Lei, ou seja, a Teoria Especial do Direito, prova que é possível ao homem transgredir a Lei sem que essa transgressão se constitua como um crime por agir conforme a Lei mesmo agindo de modo oposto a Lei, isto é, o caso especial do assassinato em legítima defesa, ou a invasão de propriedade privada com a finalidade de salvar a vida de outrem, ou o aborto com a finalidade de salvar a vida da mãe, ou o suicídio com a finalidade de salvar a vida de outrem, ou então a eutanásia com a finalidade de salvar a vida de outrem, mostra um fenômeno jurídico e ético que prova que nem toda ação que transgride a Lei é uma ação criminosa, como pressupõe a Teoria Geral do Direito, sendo possível ao homem transgredir a Lei sem que a sua transgressão seja um crime, ou seja, sendo possível uma ação ser criminosa e não criminosa no mesmo sentido e ao mesmo tempo, o que contraria a Ética de Kant e a Lógica de Aristóteles que rege toda a Teoria Geral do Direito, onde o crime é toda ação que transgride a Lei e onde uma ação não pode ser no mesmo sentido e ao mesmo tempo criminosa e não criminosa. A única forma de explicar a permissividade jurídica da transgressão da Lei é através da Teoria Especial do Direito apresentado pelo Alvissarismo, e que consiste não na lógica clássica de Aristóteles, posto que neste caso o assassinato, mesmo em legítima defesa, ou a invasão de privacidade, mesmo com a finalidade de salvar a vida de outrem, ou o suicídio, mesmo com a finalidade de salvar a vida de outrem, ou o aborto, mesmo com a finalidade de salvar a vida da mãe, ou a eutanásia, mesmo com a finalidade de salvar a vida de outrem, não seria permitido e nem mesmo possível, mas sim na Lógica Deôntica Paraconsistente de Newton da Costa, onde uma ação que transgride a Lei não é uma ação criminosa mesmo transgredindo a Lei, sem mesmo que isso constitua a permissividade de todas as ações possíveis, isto é, sem que o princípio de explosão faça com que tudo seja permitido; ou seja, onde é possível uma ação ser criminosa e não criminosa no mesmo sentido e ao mesmo tempo em determinadas condições especiais, daí o nome Teoria Especial do Direito. Desse modo uma ação será criminosa, isto é, ilícita, se e só se ela transgredir a Lei e não tiver como finalidade o cumprimento de outra Lei. Age de tal modo que a sua liberdade não transgrida a liberdade de outrem, salvo se este ato for realizado com a finalidade de salvar a própria vida e/ou a vida de outrem. Essa máxima moral é a única máxima capaz de se firmar como uma lei universal, que tem como objetivo primordial estruturar todas as formas de aplicação de um sistema jurídico em todas as situações possíveis da existência humana sem que o sistema jurídico seja trivializado pelo princípio de explosão, onde tudo seria permitido a partir de uma contradição jurídica. Deste modo, uma ética será universal se, e só se, ela não for universal. Ou seja, uma regra será universal se, e só se, ela tiver uma exceção.

This primer is designed to teach students the interconnected arts of visual communication. The subject is presented, not as a foreign language, but as a native one that the student "knows" but cannot yet "read." Responding to the need she so clearly perceives, Ms. Dondis, a designer and teacher of broad experience, has provided a beginning text for art and design students and a basic text for all other students; those who do not intend to become artists or designers but who need to acquire the essential skills of understanding visual communication at a time when so much information is being studied and transmitted in non-verbal modes, especially through photography and film. Understanding through seeing only seems to be an obviously intuitive process. Actually, developing the visual sense is something like learning a language, with its own special alphabet, lexicon, and syntax. A landmark in the development of modern jurisprudence, the pure theory of law defines law as a system of coercive norms created by the state that rests on the validity of a generally accepted Grundnorm, or basic norm, such as the supremacy of the Constitution. Entirely self-supporting, it rejects any concept derived from metaphysics, politics, ethics, sociology, or the natural sciences. Beginning with the medieval reception of Roman law, traditional jurisprudence has maintained a dual system of "subjective" law (the rights of a person) and "objective" law (the system of norms). Throughout history this dualism has been a useful tool for putting the law in the service of politics, especially by rulers or dominant political parties. The pure theory of law destroys this dualism by replacing it with a unitary system of objective positive law that is insulated from political manipulation. Possibly the most influential jurisprudent of the twentieth century, Hans Kelsen [1881-1973] was legal adviser to Austria's last emperor and its first republican government, the founder and permanent advisor of the Supreme Constitutional Court of Austria, and the author of Austria's Constitution, which was enacted in 1920, abolished during the Anschluss, and restored in 1945. The author of more than forty books on law and legal philosophy, he is best known for this work and General Theory of Law and State.
