Shamans are aware of subtle energies and how they affect us. They see the patterns and programs that influence our lives. The also see how to step out of them so we can live in expanded truth. SHAMAN'S VISION guides you through the unseen world and gives you tools to change what isn't working for you. SHAMAN'S VISION was written to help people understand how they give away their power and what they can do to prevent it and reclaim what they have lost. The book includes vivid examples - some may even be scary and do not apply to most people. These examples were included for those who do have these experiences and are looking to understand what is happening and to provide ways to help them and/or their clients. By demystifying the subtle worlds, you are able to make choices that support you and your life, safely release thoughts, beliefs, programs and "hitchhikers" that are no longer serving you, stop putting yourself in positions that don't affirm you and the life you want, and take charge, vision, and create the world you want. To understand the unseen forces that may be working in your life, you will want to read this book today! SHAMAN'S VISION was originally released in 2010 as They Do or You Do? The title changed along with minor text changes. In 2015, it was heavily revised.

For anyone who’s ever had the desire to look at the world through the eyes of our indigenous ancestors, here is a unique opportunity. Traveling between the Worlds is a treasure trove of insight and exploration into the ancient spiritual wisdom of such diverse cultures as Ireland, Africa, and the Americas. The keeper of this wisdom is the shaman--a man or woman who can, at will, enter into altered states of consciousness in order to acquire extrasensory knowledge and healing power. In this important book, Hillary S. Webb invites us to eavesdrop on her conversations with some of today’s most influential teachers and writers of shamanism. While the conversations cover a variety of topics pertaining to the shaman’s path and practice, this book explores how we in the modern world can use these ancient teachings to help ourselves, each other, and the world around us. Included in this book are conversations with:Renowned author and environmentalist John Perkins, who brings corporate executives to the Amazon to teach them the value of merging business and eco-philosophy.Rabbi Gershon Winkler, who uses the beliefs and techniques of the Jewish shamanic tradition to bring Israelis and Palestinians together on common, and more peaceful, ground--their indigenous roots.“Renegade” shaman Ken Eagle Feather of the Toltec tradition, who explains how modern technology can help us evolve into the next level of perception.Peruvian shaman Oscar Miro-Quesada, whose ideas on life and death may alter your view of reality itself. And that is just the beginning.

Shamanism written by Merete Demant Jakobsen and has been published by Berghahn Books this book supported file pdf, txt, epub, kindle and other format this book has been release on 2020-12-10 with Religion categories.

Shamanism has always been of great interest to anthropologists. More recently it has been "discovered" by westerners, especially New Age followers. This book breaks new ground byexamining pristine shamanism in Greenland, among people contacted late by Western missionaries and settlers. On the basis of material only available in Danish, and presented herein English for the first time, the author questions Mircea Eliade's well-known definition of the shaman as the master of ecstasy and suggests that his role has to be seen as that of a master of spirits. The ambivalent nature of the shaman and the spirit world in the tough Arctic environment is then contrasted with the more benign attitude to shamanism in the New Age movement. After presenting descriptions of their organizations and accounts by participants, the author critically analyses the role of neo-shamanic courses and concludes that it is doubtful to consider what isoffered as shamanism.
